How long does it take for me to start using Xipster once I’ve completed the sign up?

You can start using the texting and estimates features (if you have added estimates to your plan) in Xipster immediately after you sign up. You can use our Knowledge Base once logged in to walk you through the various steps for set up. Your Payment feature will be active after your e-commerce set up has been completed with the credit card processor that the Xipster team will connect you with.

Can I start texting my customers as soon as I sign up?

Yes, as soon as you sign up, you will be provided your log in access and you can start texting your customers right away. Visit our helpful Knowledge Base once logged in to walk you through your setup.

Can I send a payment link as soon as I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Your Payment feature will be active after your e-commerce set up has been completed with the credit card processor that the Xipster team will connect you with.  You will have instant access to your texting feature when you sign up.

Question 4

Is there a limit to how many customers I can have?

Accepted Answer

With Xipster, there is no limit to how many customers you can add to the Xipster database. Customers can be added manually, or imported via a .csv file.

Question 5

Does Xipster allow me to send multiple text messages at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with Xipster’s Text Campaign feature, you can send bulk text messages to a targeted customer list. The text message will be the same to all recipients, but you can send personalized with each customer’s name. Refer to the ‘Compare plans and features’ section above on our Pricing page to see the cost to add Campaigns for each plan.

Is there a limit to how many payment links I can send in a day?

With Xipster, there is no limit to how many payment links you send in a day, or ever! There is fee for each payment link that you send, and these usage fees will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of every month. Refer to the ‘Compare plans and features’ section above on our Pricing page to view the cost for Payment links based on selected Plan.

Are there any payment processing fees with Xipster?

There is a usage fee for sending a payment link, which can be sent by either SMS or email. For payment processing, Xipster charges a small fee so you can accept payments through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Card processing fees start at 2.9% + 10¢ (Refer to the ‘Compare plans and features’ section above on our Pricing page for the fee based on selected Plan.)  There are no other hidden fees, international fees, or premium card brand fees.

Depending on what you choose with the payment processor, you will have the option to select payment using: Visa, Mastercard,  American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay
